Our trip was out of this world. Simone arranged everything from our flights to the transfers between hotels, she was on call no matter the time and with the one concern we had landing a bit late and worried about our ride leaving us, Simone went the extra mile and contacted the shuttle company after hours and eased our concerns that we would not be left behind. Trip was well organized by Simone and made to suit our budget. Loved the transfers which allowed us an easy and stress free holiday. Hotels were good except the one in Kho Lak where the bathroom could do with a new make over. We liked the easy access to places in Phuket and Krabi and the down time in Kho Lak.
